FixIt is a marketplace for home services with the legal rail built into the product.
The problem
Hiring a tradesperson online stops at a contact form. Diagnosis, contracts, payment and paperwork all happen somewhere else.
What I built
Everything from the dispatch engine to the contracts: AI diagnosis of the job, vetted professionals, contracts signed with BankID, payroll for work agreements, safety-training gates and payments through Stripe Connect.
One system across iOS, Android, web and admin, with end-to-end tests on every surface and a preview for every change.
